Cancellation and Refund Policy (Advertisers)



Payment Terms


Full Payment Requirement: Brands collaborating with creators through Sponso Business India Pvt. Ltd. must adhere to the following payment structure.

Initial Payment: 50% of the total sponsorship fee is required upfront to secure the creator's services. This amount must be transferred to Sponso Business India Pvt. Ltd. before the sponsorship content creation begins.

Remaining Payment: The remaining 50% of the payment is due once the content has been prepared, a demo has been shown to the brand, and the brand approves the work.



Cancellation and Refund Policy


Non-Refundable Clause: If the brand decides to cancel the sponsorship deal after the initial payment, a 100% refund is not available.

Partial Refund: In the event of cancellation, the brand is eligible for a 75% refund of the advance payment. The remaining 25% will be retained by Sponso Business India Pvt. Ltd. to cover administrative costs and efforts put into managing the creator and preparing the content.

Refund Processing: Any eligible refund (75% of the advance payment) will be processed and returned within 7-10 business days of the cancellation notice being received.



Agreement


By proceeding with the sponsorship and making the initial payment, the brand agrees to this cancellation and refund policy. Once the sponsorship agreement has commenced, these terms are binding and non-negotiable.

Sponso Business India Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to update this policy at any time, but changes will not affect terms agreed upon for ongoing collaborations.

This policy ensures a fair approach to cancellations while protecting the interests of both creators and Sponso Business India Pvt. Ltd..
