01 How is this different from the managed services?
Managed services (on /services) are end-to-end — we run the campaign for you. The business portal is self-serve — you run the campaigns yourself with our infrastructure underneath. Same creator network, different level of involvement.
02 Who can register?
Any registered Indian business with GST. Both BRAND (single company) and AGENCY (managing multiple brands) account types are supported.
03 How long does verification take?
Typically 24–48 hours. We review your GST certificate, PAN, certificate of incorporation, address proof, and authorized signatory ID. Agency-managed brands need an additional authorization letter from each brand.
04 What does it cost?
Registration and the dashboard are free. You pay a 15% platform fee plus 18% GST on top of the creator amount, only when you accept a creator. No subscriptions, no per-seat fees.
05 How do creators get paid?
Brand pays Sponso at the time of accepting a creator. Funds are held until the campaign workflow completes (script → demo → live content → analytics). Once analytics is approved, the creator can withdraw to their bank account.
06 Can I add my team?
Yes. Invite teammates by email with three roles: Owner (full control), Admin (manage members + campaigns), Member (operational tasks). Only one Owner per business; ownership can be transferred.
